Your license is nontransferable and may be revoked at any time if you violate these Terms.

4. Age Requirements and Parental Consent

The App is designed for children and requires parental supervision and consent for users under 13 years of age. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's use of the App and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

5. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Acceptable Use

DorieStory uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized stories and illustrations. While we strive for appropriate content, we recommend parental supervision when children use the App. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally be unpredictable.

11. Subscription and Payment Terms

You may not use or export the App in violation of applicable export laws and regulations, including U.S. export control laws. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where DorieStory is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
